USA Today is trying to pretend the insane clown is still the "leader of the free world" after he tried to bully Ukraine into just surrendering. The one and only thing RUMP cares about is his own ridiculously bloated but extremely fragile ego -- and Russia, Ukraine, and the rest of the world know that.
