1. This is so stupidly unfair.

Denying shade, water breaks, salt tablets, and training on how to handle extreme heat should be the absolute least a company provides for its employees. If it's too expensive to do that, or they truly don't give a shit about whether their workers live or die, then upon the first death, the owner and/or CEO/CFO should be arrested for murder 1 -- (after all, not giving them the tools they need to work and live while at work is premeditated.
