SEC. 1369. PROHIBITION ON EXPENDITURE OF GOVERNMENT FUNDS TO MODIFY DONATED AIRCRAFT FOR PRESIDENTIAL USE
a. IN GENERAL: No aircraft not purchased with appropriated US Government funds shall be modified for use as a Presidential transport. This includes, but is not limited to, a Boeing Business Jet 747-8 which was donated to the United States Government by the Government of Qatar.

b. Any aircraft donated to the United States Government must immediately be returned to the donor.

c. An exception shall exist for historic military aircraft. The exception shall only apply if the aircraft flew in a war in which the United States was a participant, to include the Cold War, and is of a type manufactured specifically for use by a military organization.

d. Any attempt to violate the provisions of this Section shall be considered an impeachable offense.
