Israeli bombing wave kills dozens in Gaza including at least 22 children, say reports [View all]

The Associated Press, citing local hospitals, reported that at least 22 children were killed in Gaza overnight on Tuesday and early on Wednesday by Israeli airstrikes. Reuters quoted local authorities and medical officials who said at least 50 had died in strikes on Wednesday morning on houses in Jabaliya in northern Gaza.
