13. physical assaults are likely to end in arrests

(whether elected official or not - which is probably just and proper) So that's a factor that has to be taken into consideration. While everyone is encourage to follow their own conscience ...

The person I don't have much respect for - is the guy at the back of the crowd (behind the line - or safely behind a keyboard at home ?) telling everyone else how those physical confrontations (and arrests) are the way to go.
