I for one, if offered freedom from a federal prison - or not being sent to el salvador in the middle of the night - might be very tempted to take the hints and take the deal.

I'd feel terrible, but not as terrible as rotting in an el salvador prison.

Let's admit the power a corrupt admin has over convicted individuals in custody.
