He's easily manipulated by the likes of Stephen Miller, Russell Vought and the billionares who bought and paid for him via campaign cash and other quid pro quos involving large sums of money benefitting Trump. Suzie Wilds, the chief of staff, is there to keep the reins on Trump and in the dark lest he go off and upset the apple cart.
