My grandfather believed every child in America should spend July 4th in Galveston.

Been going there since 1957. Dang I’m old!😬

La King ice cream and saltwater taffy, Murdoch’s for a souvenir, Stewart Beach - segregated, the Bolivar ferry and seagulls, Galveston Fishing Pier for night fishing, and, of course, the Balinese Room.
