then at some point he will either fire rubio or make him his personal toady. all in an effort to embarrass and publicly castigate him into the ground any chance he gets.

this is all just a smoke screen because the orange asshole knows he fucked up royally but can't back down because weakness. that and he believes he's never wrong.
