22. What evidence can you provide that tells me the deportations discussed in the article are not legal?

Were they not given an immigration hearing, did a judge not give them a deportation order with enough time to respond? Was there a protective order like for Abrego Garcia? Were they rounded up without notice like the Venezuelans they kidnapped to el salvador? From what I can tell, that doesn't pertain to this case. But while i wont be happy to be wrong, I will accept it as another horrible deviation from the rule of law on top of all the others that we are seeing...

These cases are horrifyingly inhumane and will likely cost a lot of people their lives, but that doesn't mean it was necessarily unconstitutional.
