Kim Jong un isn't writing love letters to the Turd. Xi Jinging won't "call" the Turd to "negotiate" a "trade deal" with the Turd. Vladimir Putin didn't "stop" the war he started in Ukraine to appease the Turd on Day One like the Turd promised would happen. Now, Putin is ignoring the Turd's important "tweets." Things just aren't the same in global dictator land.
