A big thank you to all those Universities signing on......and to the far too many who haven't yet signed on, what the hell are you waiting for?

My state of Pennsylvania alone has over 150 4-year and Graduate Colleges and Universities, and I've counted only 20 having signed on so far. Thankfully, my University has signed on!
