1. Air intercepts are easy. Better start worrying about all the anchor dragging ships breaking undersea cables.

The Russians have been using remote controlled tractors from submarines in the Baltic for decades locating strategic cables, pipelines and other key undersea infrastructure that would be useful to disrupt in the event of conflict. Or even just for the fun of it as there are no consequences other than bad PR. Like the hacking attacks from bad state actors these acts should be looked at as acts of war and have major sanctions tied to them but for some reason we are not going there. Now foreign flagged civilian freighters can drag their anchors for a hundred miles and it's basically treated as an ooops. Not good messages to send.
