5. Bullshit filing,, obvious attempt to drag this out

It seems like every court has spoken, so thi isn't worrth the paper they crayoned it on.

I just wish I didn't have the nagging feeling Mr. Garcia is already dead and has been since nearly the beginning.

While I'm sure it seemed like a great test case for the futue deportation of any US citizen who asked uncomfortable questions, it has turned into a massive embarrassment for this asministration. If Mr. Garcia were still alive, returning him and blaming some underling would have been the best policy.

I fucking despise fascists and don't put anything past them. This is one time I really hope I'm wrong.
