It's taking ACTUAL STEPS to HARM the people being targeted.

I.e., it's not just "talk". It's ACTIONS.

Removing them from their positions. Taking away medical care. Cutting funding to states that support ALL PEOPLE, regardless of race, gender, orientation, religion, or nationality.
