For those who are lucky enough not to remember the beginning of this century Prince was the CEO of Blackwater, a PMC (Private Military Contractor) company involved in the Bush wars.

I have often said when the Old Man says he does not want the US to be the world's policeman it means he would prefer to be the world's merc. Better pay and fewer pesky laws and conventions.
