The Tip Jar Fund Drive has ended -- thank you for your support!

Hello everyone,

The Tip Jar Fund Drive has now ended. First let me say thank you to everyone who participated this week -- this is not only a personal thank you, but also a thank you on behalf of everyone who visits DU. The simple fact is that without your support DU could not exist -- but with your support, it can exist indefinitely.

And now, your list of kudos! During the Tip Jar fund drive, members who make a financial contribution can namecheck another DUer that they would like to recognize. If you're not on this list, don't worry -- most DUers aren't But as I said last year -- and will most certainly say again next year -- whether you're on this list or not, you are all equally valuable members of the community as far as I'm concerned.

Thank you to the people who gave kudos to Elad and myself -- I've left us off the list, but we appreciate it all the same. I would also like to give personal kudos to the Forum Hosts and all those who have served on MIRT over the past year. Your willingness to volunteer helps keep this community strong.

So that's it for the Tip Jar Fund Drive -- Grovelbot will return for the Summer Fund Drive in August. Before then, I'll hopefully have some news about a fourth "Mode" I've been working on for DU (I'd hoped to have a beta version ready before this fund drive, but ran out of time). This is an optional layout, like Night Mode and Skinner Mode, which will be available to any Star Members who want to use it.
