4. To deny same-sex marriages...

they are denying all marriages in these counties.

You can have a church wedding, but it will have to be legally filed in another county that does marriages.

I know all our close relatives in the area gathered and witnessed our vows in Judge Stone's office, and it was short and sweet. Civil weddings are supposed to be a convenience and an alternative - especially as you start to add them up over the years. Divorce is not a sacrament.
