Why not?

Honestly, I was shocked that they have so many snake farmers. It's an extremely profitable business. They eat them. Use the hides for clothes and boots and bags. Traditional Chinese medicine can involve just about any type of creature, apparently.

The current typhoon, Bavi, has created so many problems, and it's about to make landfall south of Shanghai any minute.
