8. I get all my fruits and veggies at the local farmer's market or farm stand in the growing season months.

Saturday

In the winter I pretty much stick to frozen veggies and apples from local orchard. They have a huge cold storage room.

I’ll be cooking most of the veggies I buy. I love roasted anything. Plus, a lot less chopping than making a salad.
