Iran gets at least $300 billion, sanctions relief, all their money released for any purpose include funding terrorism, the blockade lifted. That all happens as soon as the MOU is signed. We get vague promises to negotiate over their nuclear program and opening the Strait of Hormuz in the future. The negotiating deadline is extendable indefinitely. So Iran never has to give up their nuclear material or program or stop funding Hamas and Hezbollah but still get money, sanctions relief, can sell their oil, fund terrorism, etc. immediately. In real estate terms, that would be like buying a house in cash with a vague deal to be able to move in sometime in the future. But you already fully paid today.
