Mayor Furgeson, now that you’ve completed your visual housing assessment, when can Shelbyville expect the housing-improvement plan?

Are renters full Shelbyville residents in your eyes, or do they get a discounted version of representation?

If rental housing is in such poor condition, what are you doing about landlords who profit from it?

What is the official square-footage, income, or property-value threshold at which a resident’s concerns start counting?

Should residents bring proof of homeownership before speaking at public meetings, or will voter registration still be enough?

Do you believe the people living closest to industrial development deserve more input, or less input because their homes offend you aesthetically?

When you say the data center is good for Shelbyville, which Shelbyville do you mean: homeowners, developers, renters, or all of us?
