Vance isn't presidential, he's always the one who's had to ride the coattails of power. Rubio is weak and everyone knows it, and then that would leave only Stephen Miller, who's not only evil and disgusting, but also Jewish, which is a nonstarter for maga, despite the fact that they apparently love zionists.
