Hugely stupid. Very, very, dumb.

No, it won’t last 50-100 years before anything will need to be done to it. And, yes, algae will still grow it it.

And if that coating isn’t UV stable (yeah, I know I am harping on this) it won’t stay that blue. It will yellow.
