Go speak to apartment landlords. I traveled weekly on airplanes for decades. They registers dogs and cats constantly to get out of pet deposits or charges.
Go online and see the bs people pull trying to get dogs into restaurants. The abuse of the system is crazy.

The airlines have thankfully tightened policies and there is significant pushback from business owners. It’s for a reason.
