Hexane is a very volatile chemical, and rapidly evaporates off during the heating process.

If you're worried about hexane to the point you avoid canola oil, you shouldn't own anything that runs on gasoline. A few whiffs of gasoline fumes gives you more hexane exposure than ingesting multiple tablespoons of canola oil.
