5. "Corruption" is sugar-coating it

It's not corruption -- it's flat-out tyranny. And maybe some other words might be appropriate.

"Corruption" just sounds too innocent and mild for the dictatorial, genocidal, ecocidal, and homicidal harm that the rulers are now perpetrating. It's like calling the SS just "thieves" because they stole the gold out of corpses' teeth.
