Pardoned January 6 rioter from Mercer County [PA] [Pink Hat Lady] weighs in on compensation fund [View all]

(snip)

“We endured a lot. Our lives are still not the same. I don’t know what kind of price you can put on that,” Powell said.

Powell spent three years under house arrest and began her prison sentence in 2024. She was released in 2025 after Trump pardoned her.

She told CNN that she feels she was not treated fairly by the previous administration.

“My crime that day of breaking a window, technically, that’s a misdemeanor charge. And yet I had three years of a house arrest. And then having to endure everything I did through prison and getting a five-year sentence on top of that, that’s clearly weaponization,” Powell said.

Powell told CNN that she is still loyal to Trump today and said she’s thankful to him for the fund.
