15. Haven't seen much, and I live in a red state.

The few things I've seen are more low key July fourth stuff (red white and blue plates, cutlery, table coverings), the usually picnicey stuff you see this time of year. Probably more aggressive push of the 250th stuff will come in the next week or two.
