The head of the FBI....Louis Freih? was throwing away information being sent to him from his Phoenix office about all the mid easterners in Pilot schools that were reported by the owners of the school for only being interested in learning about flying the plane, when in reality 80+% of flying an airliners is the take offs and landing. The woman? in charge? down in the Phoenix? branch of the FBI sent him REPEATED urgent messages........TOTALLY IGNORED BY HIM...........
