19. I saw our LIHEAP was denied today

I wonder if it is because of the asshole’s cuts? Because mom and I should have qualified.

PECO stacked bills on after not sending them which led to trouble.

Some good news is we finally sold the house, so we’ll have some money for these bills in early May.
