19. If by "ground troops" you mean infantry, no he wouldn't serve there

I can think of a few MOS he'd be okay in.

He looks good, so 46S Public Affairs Mass Communications Specialist would work. These soldiers work at Armed Forces Network television and radio stations.

92A Automated Logistical Specialist would also be good.

Anything else? They're not going to give him anything that gets him too close to where fighting is happening. The risks of the enemy making a huge public coup by killing a president's son would be too great.
