Somebody in the administration please educate dumb ass on the difference between a learning disability, an expressive language speech problem, and an intellectual disability. Low IQ is an intellectual disability. Intellectual disability is from borderline IQ (just below normal) to profound (IQ). Please ask him to explain what he means by low IQ. Obviously he really doesn't know the difference. Trump is truly one of the most ignorant and mentally handicapped assholes around.
