1. If Kirk’s people had requested security. (Pretty standard to do so, I guess.)

2. If security was provided, the University won’t release a required security plan which would have had to be developed for the event.

Aaaand… That’s about it. All within about the top twenty “paragraphs” of your transcript. Which is pretty readable to me. I don’t know if that is a good thing or bad.

It turns out that one of my hidden skills seems to be sifting out the needle of meaning from the haystack of blather. Marketable? I doubt it.
