42. put a lien on the home.

If you allow folks to pay after the work is done, you should have a lien process in place, at the very least.

That homeowner is disgusting. She's harming honest homeowners who may now have to pay up front for similar work.

I'm also curious to know who the company owner (Mario Aguinado) voted for.
