hire the undocumented for his construction jobs, refuse to pay them on completion, and threaten them with the immigration goons if they dared complain. Everybody knew what he did, nobody did anything about him. Until I moved there, and learned about this disgusting excuse for a person. By the time I was done, his business was completely gone, and more than one relevant official shuddered when they heard my name. Cannot imagine why.
