And that lesson is THE PEOPLE ARE REALLY, REALLY PISSED. They want the establishment Dems to stop fucking around while the Republicans burn our democracy to the ground. The people feel very strongly about the populist issues (especially the economic issues) that Mamdani (as well as Bernie, AOC and others) have been talking about. The people are ready to throw out the party establishment if they don't get on board with the proposition that America is not the property of the corporations and billionaires. It is We, the People.

I welcome Hochul aboard, and hope that Schumer and Jeffries follow suit immediately, and that Cuomo does the right thing and leaves the race NOW.
