You can't yell fire in a crowded theater.
You can't commit libel and slander.
We need to give libel and slander laws more teeth--carefully because those can also be used against us--but Fox just shouldn't get away with what it does.

The core value of Freedom of Speech needs to remain protected.

Perhaps threats and stoccastic terrorism need to be addressed as part of this or separately.
Social Media needs to be regulated like book publication are--or at least used to be. I'm not sure whether that was by law or whether there were just better journalistic standards in the past. But the whole world of Social Media is like the Wild West and we haven't caught up to the implications of it or even prevented foreign powers from jumping into the fray.
