Russian propaganda. Putin is the strongman he admires the most. Whether kompromat has affected the connection or not, Trump's weak, rattled mind has latched onto his hero-in-waiting, then spews the ridiculous including numbers he pulls from his ass.

The man is a crazed wreck, a greed head and traitor to the United States of America.

There's a reason Russia Today refers to the man as The Destroyer.
