This might be the thing that starts it all. Once they arrive in California, and the local administration moves to arrest them for breaking the law, the feds will be sending in the main troops as soon as they can con their leaders to do so.

Personally, I doubt that anything will come of it. Because if something does come of it, I doubt the country is ready for what will follow. (We could have been, but that ship has sailed.)
