They were there with no legal legitimatization, and carrying out dozens of acts of kidnapping.

How would Noem react if a bunch of her armed goons were ordered on the spot to produce irrefutable proof that they were US citizens, and subjected to immediate deportation to Guatemala at gunpoint if they couldn’t?
