It would be hard to track down the Sept 8 statement mentioned in this excerpt I found and I did not click or post the opaque URL below it, but if they mention Megyn Kelly, it is probably legitimate:

But I seriously doubt the Tangerine Tyrant ordered or condoned a hit.
