It would behoove everyone to stop the endless, uninformed speculation.
A second point: I know any number of people that can shoot an elk in the neck at 200 yards, at 300 yards, at 400 yards. Many of them are women. You don't have to be a "professional assassin" to do it. You just need a well sighted weapon, practice on the range and in the field, and the will to do it.
