His cardiac issues are surfacing despite his propaganda machine effort to deny. Chatter now is that he had an implanted LVAD cardiac pump placed.... treat his weak heart, but the treatment plan/ meds/ diet compliance is not something he can comply with successfully.

His non compliance is our friend.
