He needs to control the power strings to keep from being held accountable for his increasing list of crimes. He doesn't care about us, our principles, and certainly not our rights.
It is very possible he had Epstein killed. He will cheat and steal to give himself power and to keep it. There literally is nothing he won't do to save himself.
