This kind of unstable individual should be getting a temporary psychiatric detention, an emergency hold to make sure his mental illness doesn't take us into a nuclear war. Trump's handler Vlad will eventually drop a battlefield nuke in Ukraine to show trump's failure to respond and weakness under pressure.
