As to "nothing burger", pretty much. I've only seen photos, but 1) the DoD blew the surprise a few hours earlier, 2) He shat on the good state of Colorado, 3) I am told he bathed in adulation from his sycophants, 4) His hair was strangely mussed and greasy. What is with this resurgent Brylcreem hair styling trend, of which Pete Hogsbreath is the leading example? I thought grease went out with the Sixties.
