He'll probably announce

A) Architectural design for his white elephant ballroom, which will probably be as popular as his birthday military parade. -- garish nothingburger

B) "Mixed martial arts" knuckle draggers will bash each others' brains out on the WH lawn -- ugly nothingburger

C) Chicago will be invaded -- anticipated fascist move

However, probably unrelated, something caused S&P stock futures to fall off a cliff after 2:00 am CDT. Down 0.5 % now, but caution: early futures trading does not mean much. Volume is always very thin compared to main trading on the exchanges during regular hours. European stock markets mostly opened lower. US Treasury bonds rates have been rising all night (lower prices).
