In Republicanese, “Does Stephen Miller make Nazi’s blush?” means “does Stephen Miller embarrass even Nazis?”

In English, “Does Stephen Miller make Nazi’s blush?” can only be an inquiry into whether or not Stephen Miller makes an exclusive make-up used by Alice Weidel.

Paraphrasing from the Official Dictionary of Republicanese, in Republicanese, one uses an apostrophe to form a plural, whereas in English, one does not.
