7. My dubious conspiracy theory is that the photo was snapped yesterday.

His handlers switched his hats to give the appearance that he was getting out on multiple days.

Of course, if a reliable photojournalist snapped the red hat photo yesterday, and the lighter-colored hat photo today, my conspiracy theory is nonsense.

As an aside, I will mention that, yesterday, the FAA cleared the airspace over D.C. from 8:00 AM to 8:30 PM to provide security for the Air Force One flight from D.C. to Virginia and back. I do not know what measures the FAA has taken today.
